Our workshops and specialty programs offer a range of focused training sessions, including Stretching & Flexibility to enhance body movement and posture, circuit training, combining cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises with fun mini-competitions, and TRX Suspension Training for building functional strength and stability using suspension straps. Dance workshop also available. Workshop cater for different client needs, offering options for both beginners and advanced participants looking to achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals.
